June Jackson is a doctoral student in Educational Sciences, focusing on creating inclusive, community-based learning environments. Her passion for the arts intersects with her work in education, where she has facilitated arts-based programming to help young people creatively express themselves and collectively imagine a different world. June is excited to continue her work of increasing access to the arts through her role at the Center for Community Ceramics. Outside of pottery and school, she enjoys reading fantasy, going on long walks with her partner, and riding her Vespa on sunny days.
